Severe body aches and joint pain at 19 years old?
So i have been feeling severe pain for over a year. It started about 2 1/2 years ago in my senior year of high school after track when i got stress fractures on my legs and kept forcing myself to run til my coach finally saw that i was still limping and struggling after my races. Anyways, ever since then my body hasnt been the same. I get these severe joint pains, sometimes it's just in my legs, sometimes my arms, sometimes my arms and legs. It'll start in the joint areas (knee, elbow) and spread. Like in my arm, it starts in the elbow, pain spreads to my forearm, wrist, hand, and shoulder. And then in my knee it starts in my knee spreads to my thighs, my calf, my foot, and that bone on the inside of my thigh. What is the pain i'm feeling? Could it have anything to do with my injury in high school? Should i see a doctor? It's starting to get worse, it used to just happened every once in a while and then i'd wear that knee thing that goes under your knee cap and my leg would feel better. But now it's almost everyday and i'm taking tylenol all the time. I don't know what to do, please help!
